Recruiter / Administrative Assistant
The individual will play a key role in managing the full recruiting cycle, as well as assist in administrative office duties.
The position requires a hardworking, efficient, and flexible individual who is eager to contribute in a fun but fast-paced work environment and has the ability to learn quickly, work well independently and handle high volume.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in several sourcing activities, including but not limited to, cold calling, on-line databases, contacts lists, employee referrals, sourcing job boards
- Qualify candidates by conducting telephone interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions
- Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Work closely with the hiring managers
- See candidates through the recruiting, hiring, and integration into the company process
- Assist with office administrative duties as assigned
- Reconciling vendor statements and benefits bills
- Accounts Payable support
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required
- 1- 2 years of experience performing similar job functions in a fast paced, high-tech environment
- Demonstrated track record of success in the sourcing of high quality individuals
- Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
- Strong skills using internet resources: social networking sites, resume databases, recruiting and search techniques, Microsoft Office
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- High energy and high self-motivation
